StoneCreek identified this 65,000 square-foot retail center as an ideal candidate for repurposing for health care use; the anchor tenant space was vacant, but the property was extremely well-located in a strong Los Angeles area submarket for today’s off-campus health care center model. Navigating a challenging re-entitlement process, StoneCreek convinced City leadership of the value of a state-of-the-art health care center for its community, paving the way for a successful redevelopment effort. After substantial property renovation and build out of over half the property for a health center use, the property is 100% leased.
