Clay Corwin is the President and Founder of StoneCreek Company. Since starting the firm in 1994, Mr. Corwin has directed the development and management of over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate, including the successful development of a broad range of complex projects. His expertise includes planning, entitlements, and development, and he has broad-based experience in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and restructurings.

Mr. Corwin has particular expertise in health care real estate, as well as land use and entitlement matters. He has previously held senior management positions with other major development and operating companies, including KB Home and Newfield Enterprises International, where he was responsible for management of the company’s entire U.S. real estate portfolio, valued in excess of $1 billion. While Mr. Corwin has been involved in a wide range of real estate and business operations over the years, his success in identifying opportunities and achieving outstanding results remains the benchmark of his contributions to all variety of organizations and projects.

Mr. Corwin received a J.D. from Berkeley Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and a licensed real estate broker in California.
