StoneCreek acquired a 20-acre parcel in the Inland Empire-East industrial market area of Redlands, California at below market pricing in an off-market transaction. StoneCreek then successfully forged a joint venture with two adjoining landowners to create a 43-acre site, and with it the ability to develop nearly 1,000,000 SF of warehouse/distribution space, meeting market demand for large buildings. After maximizing the site value through its planning and entitlement expertise, StoneCreek sold the entitled site to a nationally prominent investment fund at record pricing for the market.
