When Goodrich Corporation, a Fortune 500 aerospace company, was faced with the need to redevelop its 15-acre, 2,500,000 SF corporate and manufacturing campus on San Diego Bay, the company turned to StoneCreek to lead the project. After understanding Goodrich’s need, StoneCreek created and implemented a master plan strategy for the 2,500 employee site. Working with the local cities, the Port of San Diego, and the State of California, StoneCreek conceived, negotiated, and implemented a complex, public-private partnership that met the needs of the parties, and created a platform for future bayfront development. StoneCreek’s leadership resulted in superior financial gains for Goodrich, while minimizing its future exposure to multiple sensitive environmental matters.
